Kingston and Langston Clark were honored as S.O.A.Ring Phoenixes by their Pre-K teachers and school administration for the months of December  and January, respectively.  This award recognizes that they Strive for excellence in all they do, Own their choices, demonstrate a positive Attitude in everything they do, and have Respect for themselves, adults, and schoolmates.

Calloway Scholar Reaches New Heights!

Darrius Calloway, a Palm Beach Gardens High School student, was inducted into the prestigious National Honor Society for his excellence in the areas of scholarship, service, leadership, and character.

After a long blessed life, Rose C. Calloway, went home to be with the Lord on August 13, 2015.  Her homegoing celebration on August 20, 2015, held at Bethel A.M.E. Church officiated by Rev. Orsella Cooper-Hughes, was filled with family and friends from near and far.  Beyond her legacy of love and charity, Rose leaves to cherish her memory her children, Robert H. W. Saulsbury, Jr. (Lynne) of New York, Joanne F. Boykin (widowed) of Georgia, New Haven Fire Battalion Chief (Ret.) Anthony B. Calloway (Melanie) of North Carolina, and Patricia F. Calloway-Tart (Warren) of New Haven, ten grandchildren, a host of great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.

  • Anthony and Melanie Calloway celebrated 36 years of marriage on January 11, 2016.  God is good all the time!

 

  • Malachi Antoine recently recieved most improved in math for the first quarter school awards.

 

  • Khalil Antoine continues to dazzle his teachers, and was awarded the Prinicipal's Award once again during the first quarter school awards.

 

  • In September 2015, Genese Clark was invited to join the Phi Omicron Upsilon chapter of the National Honor Society for her achievement as an IFS graduate student at the University of Nebraska-Lincoln.

 

  • Malik Tart, a previous Calloway Foundation Scholarship recipient, continues to do well as he finishes his junior year at Johns Hopkins University.
